question about garlic powder

is organic garlic powder raw? more specificly the brand "simply organic" i dont have time to cut up garlic in the mornings, and was wondering if garlic powder usually use some other ingredient in there... salt, or soemthing weird

I think you'd have to contact the company to see what temperature they dry the garlic. The larger the brand the higher the temperature to process it most likely.
