I don't know, Its not just American based diets that are sad/crap. My diet was cooked, not necessarily stereotypically American or SAD, but it still wasn't optimal.

I like the FAD - I was thinking of Fatso American Diet. Since it makes so many people overweight.

Also to me it is the HAD - Heartless American Diet because of the all meat and cruelty involved in factory farming.

I still like SAD the best because when you say it there are automatically negative connotations. RAD could mean good, DAD hopefully is seen as positive, MAD is a good one though!
