People are really becoming alarmed on a national level about the obesity problem in the US. Shows like the biggest loser Shaq, Tyra "diet wars" etc. are bringing it to prime time. This way of eating is an awesome alternative to traditional diets because it gives more than it takes.

Great story! I also just finished watching the rerun of "Diet Wars." Ahhh...think I'll have a salad now.:D

Yay! That was actually a great article! Usually they put a scary twist on it to scare people off in some way. This one seemed to show raw foods in a more positive light.
