View Full Version : Cooked Food in my Dream

I had a dream that I was eating a graham cracker, enjoying it . . . then I suddenly realized, "Wait a minute! What am I doing? I'm not supposed to be doing this, it isn't raw!" Then, a few minutes later in the same dream, I ate an energy bar, and as I finished it and threw the wrapper away, I remembered that it wasn't raw, either, and I wasn't supposed to be eating it!

I wonder if it means that raw food is becoming so second nature that I'm not paying as close attention to what I'm eating, or if I'm stressing too much over my food, or what?

Well, at least you did it in a *dream*!!! LOL I ate a big fat sourdough roll this morning, for real!!! My guess would be that switching to a raw food diet is a huge lifestyle change and that you obviously just have it "on the brain"! Maybe your subconscious misses eating cooked foods and just wanted to experience it anyway it could! ;)

That's funny; the same thing happened to me last night!

I dreamt I was at Baja Fresh (Mexican) on a field trip. I ate 3 soft tacos, which is something I've never ordered, and drank a root beer. In the middle of everything I stopped and thought, "I can't do this! I'll have to record this in my journal!"

Odd. Even when sleeping, I'm accountable

Personally, I think that raw food is becoming so ingrained for you that it is reaching you on other levels, hence it showing up in your dream.
I have studied dreams for years, and when something from the outer shows up in your dreams in that manner it is a deep confirmation.
And vice versa.
Very cool! :D

That's encouraging!
