I am having trouble staying in track at night. I can eat all raw during the day and come 8-9pm I am craving everything I am not supposed to be eating! I need some suggestions to stay on track at night!!!! Thanks for any suggestions!

Fill up with things like lemonade (raw) ... water! (with whatever fruit juice you like added if need be)... in the summertime (and - um - five minutes ago) I snack on frozen grapes. Fresh fruit - you can eat it til the cows come home. Maraw's raw neopolitan pie! (do a search on here) Raw ice cream. Fresh corn on the cob.
