Yep! Used the search engine (banana at the top) and found this http://rawfoodtalk.com/showthread.php?t=2228&highlight=onion+ring+recipe ~ Cathy

That is AWESOME!!! I tried a search but only a bunch of onion bread-ish things came up. (?) But I did see one for jalepeno poppers! MMMMMM.

Thanks! I can't wait!

beppa66,

Oh thanks for asking this question. Onion rings used to be my favourite things on SAD. I can't wait to try this version. Maybe tomorrow I can try it out. Right now I have a list of things I'm dying to try.

I made these. They were pretty good~ but the coating tends to fall off after its ready to eat

Try marinating some onion slices in some olive oil, then dehydrate them till they are more like cooked onion, then ground up some cashews or pine nuts with a little ground flax and water and maybe some salt and use it to coat it. Or maybe ground the nuts and flax up mix with the salt, then coat with olive oil and dip in the powder and dehydrate for a little to warm up.

That might work.

Edit:

Didn't realize there was already a recipe.
