got Mint - what goes well with this?

my mint is growing like crazy and I'm trying to figure out what to do with it, thinking may make a chocolate smoothie with some mint, what else?

One thing that is wonderfully refreshing after being out in the garden working is a lemon-mint slushie!

Here are the ingredients:

freshly squeezed lemons
4 mint leaves
agave
ice

Blend well....and enjoy!


One of the other things I'm going to do this week is make my dh some mint chocolate raw ice cream. (We've been playing alot with differnent kinds of ice cream flavors to keep him from wanting SAD ice cream...so far it's working! Yay, RAW!)

Mint is also nice in salads.

I've had cucumber soup with mint and lemon. Don't remember what the other ingredients were. Maybe dill?:confused:

I blend a bunch of mint leaves with a peeled lemon, honey (or agave), water and ice and make mint lemonade.

Also I blend spinach, avocado, garlic, mint, water and sea salt and pepper to make Mint/Spinach soup.

I make a big container of asian salad mix with mint, napa cabbabe, red peppers, cucumber, bok choy & bean sprouts! I use it in salads & wraps!

Green smoothies are good with just banana & mint.
