question about crackers

I plan on making several cracker recipies from ALissa's book as we are going on vacation. Does anyone know how long I can keep them before they go bad??

In my experience the crackers will last for weeks. Glad you're enjoying Raw living.

Until they start growing mold on them. He he .. ;) this happened after a month or so.

It will depend on how dry and crispy you get them to start with.
Also let them cool a before you pack them in a ziplock bag and remove as much air as you can.
I find that if you prepare them properly they can keep for months.
