Hey everyone,
It's been awhile since I've posted but I just had to share with you all this delicious looking cocobanana pie! http://rawinspiration.blogspot.com/2007/06/creamy-cocobanana-pie.html

Now, I need your help! Could anyone suggest a good substitute for the coconut meat? They aren't in existance where I live at the moment.

Thanks everyone :)

You can use coconut butter, which has the meat.

I showed it to my 13yo dd and she said, "That makes me HUNGRY!" She is a banana fiend! We are going to make it together one day soon. I just got a whole case of bananas from the organic produce coop yesterday.

Thank you for sharing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!:)
