View Full Version : Zuchinni Chips temp. question

Hello, time for another dumb newbie question but I have zuchinni's coming out of my ears right now ;) and I really want to try some raw zuchinni chips (I'm praying my family will like them!) but since I am just beginning with raw foods, I dont know the temperature to select on my excalibur. I thought it has to be lower than what I have been doing but none of the recipes I've found give the temp.

If any can post what they do their's at I would appreciate it. Cant wait to try them today! :)

Alissa's book says 105 for 8-10 hours.

Thank you, Mickie! I don't have Alissa's book yet but it is my next to buy list without a doubt after reading all the comments here.

Got the chips in the dehydrator now :D

I've got squash chips in the dehydrator now! I may have cut them too thick, but I'll give them plenty of time to crisp up.
