Sprouted bread or flax bread with cashew or almond butter and then some blended fruit. Make it thicker with some banana or something or dehydrate the fruit mixture to thicken it a little.

I am willing to bet that you would be very dissapointed if you had one. It would not taste half as good as you think.

Oh I dunno - I make em all the time just as dream said... sprouted wrap with almond butter and blended fruit is delightful. Another fav - almond butter with raw honey. Yummers!

Sport, I know you are so right! Thanks for the reminder!
Does anyone have a sprouted bread or wrap recipe that would be a nice texture/flavor to go with nut butter & fruit? I still have not found a bread recipe that I like..... flax does not agree with my tummy in larger amounts.

Last week I made a sprouted buckwheat banana bread to take hiking with me. I thought it turned out delicious and held up nicely in the pack. I'm notorious about not writing down my portions but here is kinda what I did:
4 very ripe bananas
3 or 4 cups of sprouted buckwheat
6 or 7 dates (soaked if you remember to do so)
cinnamon
amananth flour (I just poured in what I had left; if you are concerned about the possibility of it not being raw you could replace it with almond meal or nut flour)
1/8 cup pecans (ground)
The dough should be thicker than cake dough but not as thick as bread dough. Spread in the dehydrator and let'er rip.
I took some of this bread, along with raw almond butter and raw honey on my hike up Pinnacle Mountain (Table Rock State Park, SC). Up on the top of Pinnacle Mountain, it was the best #*@% sandwich I ever ate!

I don't know which one I like better.... I will be watching both every time I have a craving.
I am laughing so hard I can barely breathe! So I know I won't be able to eat one if I can't even breathe.....

Thanks, Frecs for the "bread" recipe. It sounds good I will give it a try and let you know how it works out.
