How do you store bread?

I have been making a lot of it lately trying to perfect it and I'm wondering how long these breads last and how you all store them.

Bread? as in raw bread?

Shouldn't last more than a few days unless you're freezing it.

For those few days, what do you store it in?

I keep mine refrigerated.
I suppose that it depends on how dry it is. If it is very dry then you could room store it but if it is any bit moist then it needs to be refridgerated.
