Hi there everyone...
sorry for the crazy post a few days ago...

Ive started over... and im on my 6th day of 100% raw today :)

I found it hard in the begining... but this week (almost) was amazing... i found my new self... well on the way of finding... I hear my inner self talking to me thanking me for what i do for it now...

I thought it would be crazy and hard to deal with eating outseide or at peoples house or with family anf friends....and yes it was a bit hard... but i found the positive sides of it... i eat veggies and fruits whenever i go... and u can find it anywhere really... last time i brought my own food to my family meeting but this time i just ate the raw stuff there were already on the table (and the fruits which no one ate on the side)

i just feel great... and i thank you all so much for being here... asking... answering and supporting...

i still find it quite dificulte to face people and tell them i eat raw.. and i try not to really... just trying to live my life without arguing with no one... i dont wanna argue about their beliefs in food... the way they were brought up...quite hard to make them change their minds... especially the elder generations... i just told them i eat healthier...and i dont listen to anything they say about it...

cant wait to get alissas book... im trying to get it shipped to Israel...
and hopefully that way i will have something firm in my hand to tell people and argue with them about...
and hopefully will answer some questions...

wish me luck...
and lots of love to you all

Glad to see you here again!!!

I have a postcard on my refrigerator that is a picture of a porcupine...he is hanging half-on-half-off a tree limb. The caption underneath the picture says:

"Stick with it and you will succeed"

That says it all for me...everyday. Hey, if a porcupine can stick with it and climb up that branch without falling off...so can I.

I get happier by the munite...
I keep finding out stuff i never even knew about...

I found that we have one raw chef here in Israel and im defenetlly gonna try his restaurant !!
and also we've got this "farm" which actually convert you into raw in a week... well they just intreduce you to it as far as i understood... making food.. doing yoga and other stuff... hearing lots of raw people talk about it... etc :) its quite expensive... but as soon as i'll finish my comunitty servise and get some money i'm defenetlly going there !!

also the best thing i could hear... is that lots and lots of supermarkets and personals are getting into Organic foods :)
they even opened a new all organic and vegan supermarket :D

yay !!!

Oh good! Glad things are improving for you. I was just thinking before you get Alissa's book, why not print out some info she has here:
http://www.rawfoodtalk.com/forumdisplay.php?f=17

I don't know if you've read any of this, but it's some good, powerful information here to share with others.

Just a thought..
