Spun Water

HELP :) I am looking for any information on spun water. More to the point is it possible to do it at home and is there a spinning machine even made for home use? I know that on David Wolfe's site Truth uses one at his place but he never mentions much about the actual machine just the reasons why he uses it. Any information would be so helpful to me :D

havent seen this spun water concept you speak of , but ive read before that people whip their drinking water up in a blender to help remove the chlorine .
after blending let it sit for a while because i think the air bubbles carry out chlorine . i did this many times and it sure changes the taste of the water so something is happening .

I believe it's the Vitalizer plus that David sells. I am really interested in spun water as well, but i'm not ready to spend so much money on a product i've never even tried...

its tastes flat (like how pop or beer go flat) , and kinda bad to me so i quit doing it . but i remember it was from a trusted source of mine that i read about doing this so i believe it effectively removes the chlorine and doesnt alter the water in a negative way .
