Hey everyone...I'm just wondering if anyone knows if there is sugar and how much in coconut oil?...I looked on the jar and it doesn't list any..but since coconut is a fruit I thought there might be...

here's what i know:
there is no sugar in cocnut oil. think of it as cocao butter...once it's seperated from the meat (chocolate) it's just the fat.
same thing with coconut oil. it's just the fat seperated from the meat. zero carbs, zero protein, all fat and lauric acid.
all the best!

I think you need to check the Agave......I don't think it is ok for a diabetic. It is still SUGAR, just from another source.

Diabetics usually do well with agave because it has a low glycemic index. One of my counterparts is diabetic and it did not affect her blood sugar (we keep that fudge in the freezer at work)
