Okay, so I have two juicers: a twin-gear green star, and a juiceman

I know the green star is probably better (especially for juicing greens which is pretty much all i juice, obviously it's in the name :p ) but the juiceman is a lot easier to use. I almost always use carrots as a base in my vegetable juices because I love the sweetness and taste (i just made carrot-spinach juice) however, it's almost impossible to force them through the twin-gear. It's really a workout...I want to be getting the maximum benefits out of my vegetable juices, my question is what are your guys's opinions on these juicers, and what kind do you use?

I suppose I could do the carrots in the juiceman, and the greens in the green star, but that's a lot of dirty juicer parts to wash in the sink.

I don't know if I even made sense right now :D but thank you for listening

Don't force the carrots through the twin-gear. Cut them at angles and use steady pressure. Just think that you're strengthening your arms/hands while creating greater health.

Well it's great for greens, and probably carrots too if I cut them properly and don't just shove them in like i was doing
