Here is a photo from 2004 meat eater. 170-175 lbs
Here is a photo after nearly 2 years vegan-high raw in 2007. 152-156 lbs (depending on how many green smoothies fill my belly!)

Wow! I love your skin! Did you wear any make up in the after shot? You look so radiant. Your before shot was beautiful too. However, I definately see the "glow" with raw vegan. Can you share what you typically eat in a day! Thanks for sharing your pics. YOur a great inspiration.

i lived in korat for 2 years working with the thai government on an education reform project. i'm going back in november for 2 weeks to see all my thai fam-bam. me mah, pah, pee, nong. took con ben crop crewah:cool: chan rak con thai jing jing.
