Welcome Green Girl.
Most herbal and green teas are NOT considered raw,
although some raw fooders do drink these. Everyone is at different
stages or preferences on their raw journey. Hope that Helps.

Usually, if one uses/drinks beverages that are too hot to put a finger into, it's not considered raw. YET, I have to say, if you are use to drinking sodas, milk, coffee, etc., then maybe at this time, during the transition, you might wish to drink green tea. An alternative would be freshly made green smoothies.
If you've got a citrus juicer or a good blender, here's what you do ~
Juice some oranges
Add another fruit ~ banana is good as a thickener
thrown in a few leaves of kale
Blend thoroughly, ENJOY!!!
This can be varied in so many ways. You can use sliced pears or apples; chard, or any other green leafy veggie.
My husband added two mint leaves to our last smoothie. What a treat!
Just remember, if it's not fun, it's not fundamental. Play with your food. :)
