I've been waking up pretty early in the morning and eating way too many calories, enough to last me the rest of the day and it's only 10:30 am right now and I've already eaten far beyond the amount that I should have. Any idea of what is a good detox that I can do for the rest of the day so that I won't be consuming too many more calories but I will be able to atleast have SOMETHING so that it doesn't set me off on another binge?

any good detox food/drink, etc?

It is probably just a habit.
You must make a plan.
Tomorrow decide not to eat during the first hour after getting up and then 2 pieces of fruit for the next 2 hours.
Make a plan and stick with it. Life is easier when the decision has been made the day before and you do not have choices.

Good idea. Sometimes it also helps if I write it out, when I write what I eat and what I plan to eat, sometimes seems to make me become more aware of how much I'm eating and exactly WHY I am eating that much.

i feel like it depends WHAT kind of food you are binging on.....a binge on salad is far different than a binge on nuts and dried fruits.

i would even suggest not buying the foods that trigger ED thoughts....like if you only keep foods you wont feel guilty about over-eating...this diet would probably be easier on you. it's kind of like if a normal person always kept twinkies and cookies in the house, of course that person will eat them sooner or later and then feel guilty about it! not buying them in the first place is the solution.

i cant imagine feeling bad about binging on raw food, unless its something like nuts or dried fruit. maybe try buying a tiny bit of those things at a time.

i could be way off, but i hope that helps!
