I saw on Alissa's video a cinnamon flax cracker and it looked delicious. But I can't find the recipe in the book. Does anyone know what the recipe is or one that is similar? (its the flax cracker she put banana, honey, and almond butter on)

Here's a great Cinnamon Bread Recipe from The Kitchen Witch! (Moi) ;)

1/2 cup soaked Sunflower Seeds
1/2 cup soaked Walnuts
1 cup ground Golden Flax
1/2 cup Pitted Dates (Honey Dates work great!)
1 T. Cinnamon (Ground)
1/2 tsp. Nutmeg (Ground)
1/2 tsp. Clove Powder (Ground)
1 C. fresh squeezed Orange Juice

Keep Separate:
1/2 C. unsoaked, chopped Nuts (Pecans or Walnuts are great)
1 cup Raisins

Mix all except the "Separate" ingredients in a food processor with the "S" blade until smooth. Next, fold in the Raisins and chopped Nuts. Form into desired shape (toast slices, bread loaves, cracker shapes) and then dehydrate at 105 for 10 hours and turn them over and dehydrate until desired texture is achieved. Serve with Almond Butter and Raw Fruit Spread.

Enjoy!
