What is it you're mostly interested in? If it's recipes, click on the orange on the top bar and scroll down. If it's where to buy stuff we have a classified section AND if it's where meets are held, that's in that section also.
Best thing to do methinks is, just ask what you want to know. We have a very supportive group here. :)

Nuts are mostly fat. You will get your protein by simply eating your fruit and vegies! :)

Green Girl,
That is the most common question asked EVERY vegetarian, vegan and raw foodist. A few responses are:
1) EVERY single natural foods one eats has protein in it. IF you eat a varied diet or raw/live/uncooked foods, you will get enough protein to remain healthy.
2) How many people do you know who've died from lack of protein? People in this country are, for some reason (probably the meat/dairy industry)obsessed with protein. Excess protein contributes to more dis-eases than lack of protein ever will ~ at least in this country.
3) If they are cooked foodists, ask them where they get their nutrients and enzymes? (It's a wonder folk are still alive with what they consume ~ and/or don't consume.)
4) Where did you get that question? (I'm curious as to where they DO get that question.)
Here's a suggestion ~ If you've not gotten Alissa's book and video please do. They are so filled with the BEST information. Totally worth the cost. If you don't ever get any OTHER book/vid, these will be good. One can pick up more recipes from the net yet the info and personal experiences she presents is priceless.
Injoy ~
