Ok so I have found that transitioning into raw food is a lot easier than just one day saying "I wont eat any more cooked food" .... So while I'm in Florida I am going to stay raw at least until dinner, and then if I feel like eating a raw dinner, I will, but if I want a HEALTHY cooked dinner, I will allow myself to have that to :) ... Then when I move back into college I am hoping going all raw will be easier because my family wont be breathing down my back ... I am also taking an Intro to raw class on August 16th so I hope this will help me learn some recipes (my biggest problem is I have tried to stay too simple and have felt hungry) and that this will help me go 100% raw in August ...
