Does anyone know if this bread is cooked? All of the ingredients are sprouted things, I have a few slices left and I was just wondering about their status before I eat it
Thanks!

I've never heard of it. Is it like a regular loaf of bread or is it a flat bread? I just looked it up, I question the stoneground whole wheat flour...why not e-mail them and ask? I think it's baked. Raw breads are flat. These are loaf-shaped...so I'm saying, nah, not raw...sorry...

It is probably cooked but is still far better than any regular bread so enjoy the few slices that you have left and try not to buy it again.

Does anyone know if stores sell raw sprouted bread? Wild Oats has a good selection of sprouted bread but I dont know if any of it is raw...

no none of it is raw and worse it is binding (constipation effect). just think of how you can ball up a piece of bread and put it on a fishing hook; it will stay on the hook for a long time in the water. plus raw bread is soo good why wouldnt you just make the switch? i hold the same opinion with raw cheese, raw chocolate and raw ice cream (as well as every other raw thing) as well

I love the raw bread that I am making these days and I am making beautifull sandwiches with it.
My current favourite is.
4 medium tomatoes and a fistfull of sun dried tomatoes and half a hot chilly in the wet blender with a little water.
4 dessertspoonfulls of flax seeds in the dry blender.
Blend both and mix togeather in a bowl
Add about half a cupfull of finly chopped sea asparagus and dry but not crisp.
I cut the sheet in 4 as it dries so I get only 2 sandwiches per batch.
Filling is a layer of chopped onions and red peppers.
A layer of cucumber slices
A layer of avo slices (half a large one will do)
and a layer of tomatoes.
Edit
Follow with a piece or raw chocolate and who would ever want to eat a SAD diet

I am just beginning to try out raw recipes, raw bread is on my list :) The reason I was asking was because I had a whole loaf of it in my fridge and my family wouldn't eat it. I gave it to my friend
But yeah I definitely plan on trying out a raw bread recipe :)
