Fruit Summer Pies?

I would love to make a raw pie with fruit. Does anyone have some good summer recipes??

I just finished making a blueberry pie.. so good. I didn't read any recipes, I just did my own thing..

Crust: Almonds and dates.

Filling: 4 cups blueberries and 1 banana. (Dont add water) I added a handful of goji berries to my own pie.

The filling should gel almost right away, pour into crust and chill for 1 hour. Yum! It gels like jello baby.. its delicious!
