So usually in the morning I get really intense hunger pangs..I know that I am not really hungry, and I Can usually solve it by drinking juice (water helps but not as well) but it's really unpleasant...I feel sick and faint like I'm going to throw up and my stomach really hurts
do any of you experience something similar or have any advice on this matter?

I'm thinking you need to drink water before you go to bed. Or eat more during the day.

I do drink a glass of water before I go to bed...and then i wake up at 3 am having to pee :-p
my friend always tells me that i don't eat enough...but I get full so quickly! I do agree with him though, I feel like I don't eat enough
yesterday, I had an apple for breakfast, a medium sized salad for lunch, another one for dinner along with a few bites of rice, and then I had 2 banana pops (those things kicked my ass! they were so good :D basically bananas wrapped in nut butter and carob+water and pinenuts frozen in the freezer)
I'd say thats enough food...especially because I'm eating all raw now everything seems to be balanced out

Hmm...I havent really had much success with green smoothies
I do really enjoy carrot-beet-lettuce juice every day, in addition to my salads
do you have a recipe you could suggest?

i tried the one with the pear and kale...:( no good
it tasted like......i dont even know :D

Start out with less greens and more fruit, then gradually increase the greens.

i used to get awful hunger pangs! They'd be noisy too. I remember being in class and being embarrassed at my super loud tummy.
It doesn't happen anymore eating mostly raw. So, definitely stick with it.
How late at night do you usually finish eating? Sometimes I notice if i eat late i get the pangs the next morning.
just keep drinking water & eating raw and i think it'll go away... juice for now to make it go away!
