Nutritional Yeast....

Howdy...

For those that use... Is there a specific brand? Or any type of of yeast as long as its NUTRITIONAL.

I bought the KAL brand at the health food store. But you can also get it in the bulk food section of Good foods. I understand it isn't technically raw though. I think it is one of those questionable food products that people choose to use occasionally like spices, etc.

I think any brand you use is ok as long as it is nutritional.

make sure you get the inactive yeast, or theyll set up colony in your gut :eek: ;)
