i decided to go 100 % raw :)
so at least thats good :P
today is my 3d day ! wish me luck...
yesterday we've been to my nans for a family dinner ( had guests from australia) and me and my boyfriend spent quite a lot of time by making some raw food for me ! and it went perfectlly on the first night i ate my food and there were only a few giggles or nasty talks about my food (but i guess its because my nan is mad i did eat her cooked food which she was working on so hard...well i did too) so basiclly i was quite happy
the second day we had a family lunch... again for the guests... which is fulll with food and lots of food..
ive been going 70-80-90 % RAW for the past 3 1/2 weeks... so i still cant figure out how can i live with no rice or bread... the electricity is dead expensive here.. so i cant put things in the oven for even 5 hours :(
also ive got this crazy food disorder... i was bolemic for the past years or so... and i hate it so much... and its one reason i want to try this raw diet thing.... in a great hope it'll stop one day...
well anyway i feel crap because i couldnt stop eating last night...
it was all raw... but it was A LOT... fudges and other foods i made... i couldnt breath for a while... and my stomach was too full... so i felt i didnt make it yesterday because the food died in my body because i ate so much :'(
im still going raw and that day wont get me down.... but iam really afraid of those "attacks" i just cant get filled up :(

Sounds like you're dehydrating. Try stepping away from the dehydrator for a while. I make huge salads with lots of ingredients; they fill me up and don't die in my body because they still have all the water in them. It takes me hours to eat a salad.

How old are you?

It sounds like you need some help with some emotional imbalances. Going raw without dealing with those issues won’t help your bulimia if you are not dealing with what is causing it along with eating healthy raw foods.

I would urge you to seek out a place where you can deal with your eating disorder.

im 19 :)
and actually already been to a psychietrist and had been given medicine for about half a year.. it "helped" me and since than ive been to psychologist... but recentlly i left due to my new place of work... but with the totall agreement of my psychologist that im oki and capable to deal with all my "growing and getting mature" problems :P

dont think im dehydrated :\ i eat loads of vegtables and fruits... but i can eat quite a LOT... as i said... which really made me worry
and i dont dehydrate almost at all because its lots of money on electricity of the oven :(

i just hope those crazy cravings will be gone in a few days with 100% raw...

ive actually been quite stressed at home.. so maybe it gave me some crazy emotional cravings ....

actually a huge question i have ....which i just remembered :
does the pills against pregnancy (the daily ones) effect my health?
i mean my raw ways...
i know it makes me go crazy with moods (might be a the reason for all of this)

wondering......

As for the birth control pills: I say it does affect your body. I am not a doctor and I can't recommend you to do anything specific but this is my story. I stopped taking the pills after I went raw and I didn't have a period for over a year! The normal doctors didn't know what to do. I went to a chinese doctor and I've been taking herbs and now I am getting my period again... Very scary!

Good luck with all of your issues!

You know, I've been struggling with Bulimia quite a lot in the past three years, so I know how you feel.
I have to say that eating healthier foods stops my urgency to go and throw up.
So if you stick to it, I promise bulimia will be gone. A lot of the anxiety comes from food, and no matter how much you talk to a therapist, you have to deal with food your own way. And going raw is a GREAT way to do so.
right there with ya,
