I've made this recipe a number of times and it really is delicious! Even though I have a tendency to make the Mock Salmon pate, the Rich Cheddar Cheeze Sauce floating around on this board and the raw Ranch Dressing a lot too, this pate is one of my top favorites.
It is great to put on top of a salad, onto a romaine leaf or in nori rolls, it also is great made into either patties or neatballs and warm them up in the dehydrator. A little bit of marinara on top or a chutney and wow!!
I just wanted to post so others who haven't tried it yet might give it a try!

(I use Nama Shoya instead of Bragg's, that is my only change to the recipe.)
