Cinnamon Buns - WOW.

I made Cafe Gratitude's cinnamon bun recipe today... it was to LIVE for. I wish my cell phone took better pics.... I can't overstate how good these were. Topped with a macadamia nut/agave sticky sauce. Wowzers. Just like SAD - without the guilt!

I've tried to get them at Cafe Gratitude like 8 times now, and they're always out :(
I didn't realize they had a recipe book though, I'll have to check that out when I'm over there tomorrow. Happy eating! :)

They just put it out and I snapped it up last week. So far have tried a few and all have been delicious!! Have spinach wraps in the dehydrator right now to make samosas. Highly recommend the book! (second, of course, to Alissa's! =) )

It's called "I Am Grateful."

I just ordered the book and another raw food book I didn't have yet. Love adding to my collection and trying out new recipes! Thank you for posting about it, and the cinnamon roll looks just delicious. I can't wait to try it!

I was at Cafe Gratitude 2 weeks ago while on a road trip from Minnesota to San Francisco! I got their blueberry cheesecake. Is that recipe in the book? If so, I'm totally buying it!! :)

Sorry, Greengirl - that one is not in there. But Alissa has a fantastic recipe in her book. And the CG cookbook has plenty of other delicious deserts/recipes to choose from.
