My husband has had this injury off and on for years. But now he was stubborn and really hurt it in his Tai Chi class and has been in considerable pain for more than a month.
He has seen a specialist, had x-rays done and his ligaments are fine, it is his cartilage that is injured.
Anyways, my husband just wants to finally be free of pain again, and is 100% certain surgery is going to fix him.
I am very weary of this, and think it will catch up with him later in life etc.
I need suggestions on homeopathic remedies, alternative treatments, diet etc.
Oh, and my husband has been raw for over a month now, and that has not helped with his knee at all.
