I am so in love with these right now!! I don't know for sure about soups but I hear smoothies can last in the fridge for a bit...I would imagine the salads would be fine. I know Victoria Boutenko made green smoothies in advance for the people in her study and they kept for a couple days.

I'm assuming just like a green smoothie. Immediate is best, but some make them a day or more in advance.

The only green soup I really make is Alissa's Cream of Broccoli Soup.
That one doesn't keep because of the avocado.
So I guess it all depends on the ingredients that you put in there.
What green soups are you making?

The trick to make it last is put some Lemon in with the avacado. Then it will last for awhile. I make a nice salad dressing. You put two Avacado's with some lemon and two ears of corn that you husk off the ear then add some water and blend it up and boy that is so good. Give it a try on your next Salad. not a green soup but also a 'lasting' issue: yesterday I tried to make a frozen blueberry smoothie. I had too many bluebs so I mixed them with a banana and some lemon juice and put the creamy delight in the freezer in a tupperware.
After two hours I was impatient and wanted to taste, but the top was totally brown instead of delicious purple... even tho I put lemon juice in it :(
