just wondering, I'm trying to see if it helps along with the raw food. I am so confused as to what kind of water is best to drink.

Penta water is very good to drink, but it is a little too costly for me. I mean I could afford it if I really wanted it. I buy a single bottle every now and then. I think that the water you drink is just as important as the food you eat. I cook and uncook with distilled water and drink filtered bottled water.

My hubby and I tried it for about a month (that was about 3-4 years ago). We haven't noticed anything different....plus too costly. We just have Zephyrhills delivered to us now.

Here's what I do with my water :)
I get it from water connection (a water store) and keep it in gallon glass jars, glass is best, especially an oval shape
add in about 20 drops trace minerals (though my brother told me about something even better, ill try and get the name from him) and maybe 3-4 tsps. MSM, and between 1/2 to 1 tbsp. sea salt (i prefer more to taste)
leave outside in a garden overnight, especially on full moons, so that it will absorb the light and energy, also this will help reconstruct the water
spin the water really fast one way, and then really fast the other way to form a vortex...this will help pull in cosmic energy
don't let water sit in sun for extended periods of time, bless before drinking
:)
