Ice Cream Pie

I made Maraw's Neapaliton Ice Cream Pie this week. It's delectable - and I plan to play with it. My first decision - with all due respect, M!! - is to make the strawberry layer the bottom instead of the top. It's the firmest, hardest to slice - and thus, in my opinion, the best crust.

Man is this good. DO try it. =)

btw - yeah, I posted this pic yesterday in the thread re: the Fourth... made this and the Chiles Rellenos (WOW!).
