I'm eating raw but i like my food spicy and my dh says it stays on my breath and it's bothering him a lot.
Can anyone help me with this problem?
I love onions, garlic, hot pepper, ginger and etc. Sometimes when we are in the car with the windows up he tells me not to breath his way that it could cause him to have an accident(sounds funny but he's for real)
I tell him that it's better than meat on my breath but i do want to solve this problem.
Can anyone help me, please.

hmmm.... wow  .... what about brushing your teeth more? or maybe those mouth sprays?? Or maybe ... chewing on a sprig of mint when you're done eating?? How strange.... I love my spicy foods too, gosh Im thinkin I might ask my dh if my breath has ever bothered him now! Ya know... I wonder if that oil pulling might help this? Have seen the thread on that? I think it's under health realted (other or miscellaneous section). That seems to take care of a lot of stuff and even is supposed to make your teeth whiter. I'm hoping to start that soon, ya never know - it might be worth checking in to...!! ;) Gosh - good luck...

He needs to eat them too! Then he won't notice!

A single drop of cinnamon essential oil in a BIG glass of water works for me...settles the tum and makes the breath nice...but don't use too much and burn your tongue....but you like spicey, so go ahead and burn it. ;)

I've gotten so use to spicy food i don't think i could give them up.
I do feed them to him but i don't smell anything but then again he does have a nose like a blood hound:) always has.

have you considered adding (bunches of) parsley to your meals/smoothies?

it is an internal deodorizer.

I was going to say parsley too, as well as deoderising it is packed full of calcium and iron.
