View Full Version : third day crash....wen do ya start to buzz??

well, hello there! Ive been back on my raw proply for 3 days now. As usual, it starts of very well ;) Then, around about the 3rd day I start to feel edgy and seriously insecure. I even had a partial panic attack today in town :(
I realise that this may be just detox and will pass???
But I just wondered, in the experience of everyone else who is beyond detox and 'raw as' - when did the 'shift' or 'transition' happen for you?? When did you start buzzing and stop feeling 'poopy'?? :)

For ME, it was about several months into being raw. I know, I know...that seems like such a long time but compared to how long I ate cooked food and had little-to-no energy, it was a very short time. It may not be that long for you...everyone is different.
There are ways to help the detox process along such as enemas (I did these and they helped immensely!); dry skin brushing; saunas; drinking a lot of water to help flush the toxins out...amongst other things.

I've never had panic attacks, but occasionally get days where I am really edgy and easily irritated. I still get those occasionally. I feel great probably 90 to 95% of the time, but do get bad feelings now and then too. These have ranged from the irritability, to feeling gloomy, even feeling ill. The way I figure, I have a lot of detox to go through. I spent 35 years polluting my body and have only spent 3 months going raw to start cleaning it out. I would imagine it will take quite a while, but is better to go through this than to keep on polluting. I would imagine I felt this way before too, and probably more often but never noticed it because I did not have the "highs" to compare them against. I notice most others are a lot more irritable than me...even when I am cranky. I hope you don't get panic attacks very often. That sounds rough.
