I've been thinking about working with a raw food coach to help me stay on the raw path and work through the emotions and issues that arise when becoming raw. However it is a big financial committment so I am deciding if this is the best investment for me.

The other option I have is working in a Mastermind group that I have recently joined which is about creating the life you want although no-one in that is raw or has the previous raw experience to share.

Obviously I have these boards too - however I completely came off the raw path recently so I'm thinking I need some more accountability.

Has anyone ever worked with a raw food coach? If so was it worth it? What did you get out of it that you didn't get from doing things on your own? I would love to know your experiences?

Thanks

Nicci

I am currently working with Audrey Walker and she is so helpful and kind and understanding. I have learned a lot and I am learning how to get beyond my food addictions. Here is her website: http://www.rawhealing.com/myrawstory.html

I highly recommend her especially if you have food addiction issues. Best wishes.

I think it sounds like a wonderful opportunity. I personally have never worked with a raw food coach. the financial investment would be a little much for me right now -- and having RFT has been kinda like my raw food coach!! If I need my butt kicked - they're happy to do it!! (lol ;) )!! ... then they give me lots of hugs :p A TON OF WISDOM... and I go for it again!! Good luck ~ keep us posted ... let us know how it goes! :D
