I am new to this raw eating lifestyle. I love it so far but I have a dilema.
I made almond milk the other day and am not sure what to do with the pulp. Does anyone have a good recipe for using the pulp?

This is what I do with it:
dehydrate the pulp
grind it in a coffee grinder to make an almond "flour" with it

Now you can make any pie crust, or cookie with it.

Visit "the raw table.com" ...Maraw (one of the people here) has one of my FAVORITE recipes....a pie crust...made with almond flour. My kids (who are NOT raw) were eating all the crust off my last pie...it is that AWESOME!!

Good luck.

By the way, the crust is almost flaky!:D Better than any SAD crust I've ever eaten!
