dumb bell pepper question

I love eating bell peppers. I always dice them for my salads, but I throw away the seeds. Are the seeds healthy, and should I eat them?

I read your post as dumb bell -- pepper question, I couldn't understand what dumb bells had to do with raw food, I am soooooo funny.

Okay, as far as I know the seeds have no benefit.

I don't think they's hurt -- we eat the seeds from hot peppers all the time.
