Just gave them the sniff test, no smell
ran my fingers thru them ewwwww
not as slimmy as usual, I thinkI rinsed them once a week ago before putting in fridge, then added more water
grabed one little seed and it taste ok chews ok with front teeth.
doesn't taste like anything
Hmmmmm
answered my own question
I think I'll make a garlic cracker, use all teh flax and onion and maybe a little carrot for color, bu i won't add to much stuff, just in case they turn gross during dehdration:rolleyes:

I use the ever so scientific "sniff test" myself...if it smells fine...I go for it.:p

Ending up making a cracker
with
garlic cloves, white bulbs from green onions, 1 over ripe tomato, juice of one lime and 2 cups+ of strained golden flax.
Still drying in ZEUS, the smell is awesome.
I've already flipped them and pinch a nibble of the edge... DELICIOUS!!!
