I have a currious question... if one is fasting is ok to have carbonated mineral water with your juice, like to make a fizzy drink? Or would that be bad for your health some how cuz of the salt, could it hurt you? Thanks! I've been currious about this for a while:)

I don't know if you would "feel" anything..mmm? I only drink water unless I decide to make a juice or smoothie. Carbonated drinks (water included) are not good for you whether your fasting or not- that's just my humble opinion though.

I add a little ginger root to my juice, it reminds me of a fizzy water. Just send it thru your juicer with all the veggies. about a 1/4-1/2 inch piece.

Carbonated drinks period creates gas in the body. Clearly would be unhealthy and even more damaging while fasting.

No. Carbonation is unhealthy, honestly.
Do some kombucha tea here and there for the same effect, but healthier.

No! Carbonated water is acid for your body (leaves an acid residue):
From newsletter "phmiracle":
Those factors that can lead to a cancerous state inthe stomach and/or bowel or other organs include other acidic foods and drinks such as: 1) All dairy products produce lactic acid. 2) All animal products including fish and eggsproduce nitric, uric, sulphuric and phosphuric acid. 3) All sugars produce acetylaldehyde and alcohol. 4) All carbonated drinks contain carbonic acid. 5) Alcoholic beverages contains the acid alcohol. 6) Black tea contains tanic acid. 7) Coffee contains the acid caffeine. 8) Chocolate contains the acids of bromine. 9) Cigarettes contain the acids of sugar and nicotine. 10) Emotional stress produces excess hydrochloric acid in the stomach.
