Please Help: 5 Day Cleanse?

DH and I are intersted in doing a 5 day juice cleanse. Can anyone advise as to where I can find the necessary guidance/recipes for this? Goal is to have green juices and the like and just clean out our systems.

For juice combinations: you don't have to follow any recipie! just throw in a bunch of fruits and or veggies that you think sound good! It's all up to your taste buds!
