Zucchini Cookies
2 cups sprouted Wheat berries
2 Tbls Honey or Agave Nectar
2 cups Zucchini, cubed
2 Tbls Almond Oil
Ground Cinnamon
Ground Cloves
Smidge of Vanilla (your choice, seeds, bean, or liquid)
Salt
½ cup Chopped Walnuts
¾ cup Raisins
Put the Wheat Berries and the Honey/Nectar in the FP and process until most of the berries are broken down or cracked. Add the Zucchini and process until minced. Add the Oil, a couple shakes each of Cinnamon & Cloves, the Vanilla and Salt and pulse until thoroughly mixed. Fold in the Walnuts & Raisins. Form into cookie shapes and dehydrate 8-10 hours or overnight. Refrigerate overnight for best flavor. Enjoy! :D
