chocolate tort?

Hey everyone. Well I was in town there was this raw food resturant, it only had a few things but it had this chocolate gaunch? tort and it has to be the best thing I have ever tasted! Only problem is I can't seem to re-create it and they won't give out recipies (seriously so unfair...). I found some recipies but they taste like the coconut butter it says to use and I can't stand that taste. What else could I use? It was so creamy and rich. Also I don't have a vita-mix so everything I make never turns out creamy, anything I can do about that? Thanks!

Thanks, that's sort of close but I am looking for one without coconut butter or oil cuz I can't stand even a little of it (tastes yucky to me right now). Maybe I should try cashews? Hehe I'll get it I swear!

You'll have to try OMEGA NUTRITION***100% Organic coconut oil (it does not smell/taste coconuty) ! All others do ! Joz
