Any recipes and suggestions for making raw version of bread? I have seen so many types of grain, sprout wheat breads at my local healthfood stores and some look as if they could be raw:confused: I would like to make my own if i am unable to buy a raw version. Help

The simplest kind is just sprouted wheat and possibly a little water. Grind to a paste in a food processer, shape into a flatish bread and dehydrate. The grains go malty when sprouted so the bread can be quite sweet. I used to dry mine in the back of the car before having a dehydrator.
Sometimes they come out fantastic and sweet other times they go sour doughy which I don't like. I guess it depends on the amount of moisture in the loaf, so if you don't like your first attempt try again.
Once you have the basic mix you can add all sorts of other things, nuts, seeds, herbs, garlic, onion, etc etc.
