Hey...

Anyone got salad dressing recipe that you can make a large large amount of? I always make big huge salads, and the recipes are used up in just one salad. I dont want to triple the ingredients, way too much salt, etc etc. So anyone make alot of dressings with simple ingredients? and use it for like a week? I dunno. LOL

Any dressing with a lot of lemon juice and apple cider vinegar in it will preserve WELL. My dressings last longer than a week, easy. They last forever. It's pretty equal lemon juice, acv, olive oil and braggs, plus garlic cloves, tahini to thicken, and any other spices you wish to add. Or, make the goddess chip dressing/marinade.

THANKS MY LUV.

I figured anything with Apple Cider Vin would preserve... I shall try, if I need ya I will email and harrass ya for help. hehe I always usually eat Lissa's Gourmet Cesaer, but It's always gone cuz my salads are soo large. But I def will try. I wish I could hire you as my live in raw food un-cooker. LOL
