Iam Iam. I think Iam also gonna take a Epsom Salt bath and drink water with my Pure Radiance C from Synergy to get them toxins outta theraaa!!

I guess I am in . This is the 3rd day of a 10 day water fast for me so it will fit in with my schedule. I spend 60 minutes in my infared sauna and then soak in an epsom salt applecider vinegar bath after my work out every morning. I have been going on ten day water fasts four times a year and water fast from 8pm sunday to 8am tues every week. I have been doing this for the past three years and I feel energized all day.

the apple cider vingar with the epsom salts does better than just epsom salts.
two cups of vingar two cups of salts to a tub of water. also brushing your skin with a dry or wet brush further promotes your detox.
