Anyone have a fantastic cinnamon roll recipe that would go well with the caramel sauce that RAwkinlocs posted?


:) ;) :rolleyes: I keep hearing about the pecan ice cream and I'm imaging myself with the raw cinnamon roll tropped with pecan ice cream and caramel sauce !!!!!

Hey, here is my version of spontaneity....

Maybe you could do a cinnamon roll recipe using sweetened flat bread that has been made in the dehydrator. Then roll it up with the good gooey raw caramel and raisins and pecans (optional of course!), and stick some of that caramel on stop and stick back in the dehydrator for a little while so it can warm up again.

Would that work?

The cinnamon roll recipe in Alissa's book is the same one on this site by Elaina Love. Infact there are tons of recipes on this site that you can make a book out of it. Try control + F and do a search under "Elaina" and you'll find it quickly!

BTW if you try the recipe, I wouldn't suggest dehydrating it, even if to warm it up. Mine came out rather tough while a friend of mine's made hers and she said it was nice and gooey just like those mall ones. Upon further discussion of what we did differently I found out that she never dehydrated hers.
