If you make the Almond Milk this way and let it get real Cold.....You will think a Cow was used in the process....It is time consuming but well worth it...if you Love the taste of MILK.......
I don't have any Measurements....Work with me......
Soak the Almonds OverNight......PEEL all the Brown outer husk off.....Now blend the naked Almonds with Water in the Vita-Mix. You are going to have to put enough Water to Luiquify the Almonds. You can taste it after you have blended it and see what its like..(Close your eyes when you taste it).Strain it and put it in the Fridge...ADD NOTHING...NO AGAVE....
Make sure the Color is "WHITE".....You can not see through it in a Glass.
I can Always show you better than I can tell you....especially when it comes to Movin' in the Kitchen....Please try this.....just make a small amount and let me know what you think.............
