Now, we have covered just about everything on this board in a good taste, and I am going to try to be as tasteful as possible.

I do not know about many of you, but I must find out will these things hanging on my back - that resemble flappy breast ever go away. I feel like I need a bra on my back. This is an equal opportunity pot, men have them too.

Now, has anyone successful eliminated them through losing weight (Cause if no one has, I am just going to have rethink the weight things), and/pr exercise - I just need to know.

Tell me please what can be done - I realized the other night when I dared to get totally naked and look in a three sided mirror - that I needed to unzip this fat suit and climb out of it, but the zipper wa stuck and I just could not get it off - so somebody please talk to me. You should have seen me struggling

Now don't laugh - this is really serious, and I finally got some DWD40, to work on the invisible zipper, but it just won't budget - help me somebody

... asked myself a question about how to achieve a firm body. Becoming a raw foodist does not necesserily guarantee that, although a dramatic improvement can be achieved.

First, the loose skin on one's body is not just the skin. It is actually skin with excess fat, yes, FAT! The following article puts that in a quite straightfoward manner:
The myth of loose skin (http://www.bodyfatguide.com/LooseSkin.htm)

So, how to get this perfectly firm body? Exercise does help, but you do not get rid of excess fat merely by exercising. The key is the diet, specifically a low-fat raw-food diet, also known as 8:1:1, which is rich in fruit and greens.

Have a look at Nora or Jaime, for example. In particular, check their before and after photos:

Sweet Lips my back is the same way, and my front. Did you see the first Men In Black? I am wearing an Edgar suit. It can be pulled up just like that, from thighs to neck. Sweet Lips and Gosia, I have wanted to go 8-1-1 for some time now. Let's shrink these suits together, what do you say?

Doe, that is really funny.

I started journalling again. I am not really "doing" 8:1:1 even though I am doing it. What is that supposed to mean? Aaaw, for me 8:1:1 happens spontaneously. What's the difference. Well, I keep my moral integrity! I just hate being a slave!

I am in the 30-day-raw-challenge right now. I hope that my suit will tighten up in certain places after that.

Doe,

rotflmbo - Girl you have started my day with such a joyful laugh! Now, I do not know all the details of 8-1-1, but will research such and join in with you - now, the Edgar suit, we just need to get ready to hang those bad boys in the attic and let the moths eat them up!

So, Doe - lets get the journal started,

Gosia - thanks that is hopeful

I have successfully done it. I'd won a membership to a gym ~ so, I actually went. Took about 6 weeks working out EVERY SINGLE DAY ~ except Sundays ~ and the flab thangs were gone. That's when I was veggie.

NOW, being raw, I'm finding that cellulite is dis-appearing! NEVER thought that would happen! Was hoping yet.... :)

Injoy ~

After having a double mastectomy years ago I still have lots of fat under my armpits. If they would have just pushed it over I would look as if I had breasts but no, they had to leave extra skin where I have no use for it. It doesn't matter what kind of workout I do, how much weight I lose or what way of life I choose to eat, it is still hanging on. I am down to 109# @ 5'2" so I am for sure not over weight.
WD40 never worked for me nor does K_Y jelly if you do find something let me know lol
