Anyone have any experience with any of those facial toner machines, that supposed to firm and build the muscles on the face? There is the Facial Flex and Suzanne Sommers Face Master. I'd like to know if any of these things are really effective or not.

I would think eating would be enough. Though I drink a lot of smoothies, I try to get into hard veggies or nuts daily and chew thoroughly to keep my teeth and jaw strong (also for digiestion)

They seem like they work. It's different Barose, to use other muscles and tone the face. My friend explored them. They make sense and I'd go for it!

LOL! No kidding, right?
you don't need machines. There is an excercise regime that I do. I can't remember the name of the lady who promotes it, but I will try to find out. Basically, I slowly draw the muscles of my jaws out to the side and hold for 10 seconds. I do that twice. Then from the corners of my mouth SLOWLY like a grimace towards my ears. Then again SLOWLY towards the outside of my eyes. Then my upper cheek muscles towards my eyes then my nose, upwards, as if I am trying to reseat my glasses using my nose. Then, lean the head back and try to put your lower teeth over your top lip. The muscles under your eyes should be moved as in a squint, eight short movements towards your bridge of your nose. Then for your upper eyelids, raise your eyebrows and SLOWLY close your eyes. You may have to hold your eyebrows up with your fingers to achieve this. Do all the excercises SLOWLY and start off doing them twice. Increase as you can. I can do ten excercises twice a day now. There are more, but what I will do is find the information and post it later.

BAH!
Dont buy any thing
and dont do this in public
just go nuts and start wiggling every darn muscle in your face FAST frown, smile, raise brows, scowl, move them lips GO CRAZY and as long as you can!!!. then repeat 5 times! after the fith set your face will be VERY tired and worked out. Do it before you go to bed and you sleep better for some reason.
I would say that there is NO better workout for your face!

I just learned about the flexeffect system via Victoria Boutenko's June 2007 Raw Family newsletter and purchased it right away. My underlying facial structure has been falling alarmingly, more and more each year. After about one week of flexeffect exercises I already am seeing positive changes and am very excited about the possibilities! I really like the way she targets all the muscles of the face, scalp and neck. Wait till you see the before and afters on the website!

These facial excersizes sound alot like those found on the "Face Aerobics" tape by Judith Olivia. I think I saw it online somewhere...
